Reiki Therapy

How It Works

Reiki energy is channeled through the therapist into the client, by laying hands on areas of the body. Sometimes touch is not necessary and hovering hands over the area is enough. Reiki promotes feelings of positivity and wellness and I work intuitively to discover the areas where energy blocks require releasing. I have had a client start her session with a terrible stress headache only to be gone by the end of the treatment once the stress and blocks that had caused it were released.

Before every session, I take time to complete a consultation with you, so you feel comfortable and know what to expect from your treatment. I also provide aftercare advice to support your healing between sessions. Reiki has been at the heart of my own spiritual journey for over twenty years, supporting me emotionally and physically, and it’s a privilege to share that with others. Whether you’re new to energy healing or looking to deepen an existing practice, Reiki sessions are available in person or online.
