Flower Essences

How It Works

I work with a range of different essences, including my own Aurorashine range, to create the perfect combination for you. They are taken orally by placing a few drops under the tongue or into a glass of water or herbal tea. Certain flowers can also be applied topically to appropriate acupuncture points and the effects are immediate. This is something I can discuss with you during your consultation.

Why Choose Essences

When I started my diploma in Flower Essences I had very little knowledge or experience of them. But I just knew I wanted to work with flowers. Over the two years of my diploma and working with essences since, they have completely changed my life. I found the courage to give up a soul destroying job, moved home and walked away from a relationship that no longer made me happy. I no longer fear change. In fact I embrace it and I feel supported and braver in making decisions as I take steps to creating a truly magical life. You can do the same.

Hope Flower Essence

Made from essence of Bindweed this beautiful flower supports inner peace, clarity, tolerance, forgiveness of self and others, letting go of negativity and brings in light energies and when it is needed most. Whilst I was creating this essence, Bindweed gave me a very strong message; ‘I am a message of Hope, Share me’.

I was going through a difficult and stressful time in my life, particularly career wise. I was feeling depressed almost all the time and like there wasn’t much hope for the future. So I booked a session with Esta, initally for Reiki.

I felt so comfortable in Esta’s company that I started talking to her about my life and how much I needed and wanted my life to change. I discovered she offered other treatments and I was especially drawn to and intrigued by Flower Essence Therapy so I booked a session.

The session lasted about an hour and Esta listened as I talked and talked in great detail about my life, how I felt and what I wanted to change in both the short and long term. Esta then put the essences together. Within a month my life had already started to change for the better.

Now just over a year later I feel amazing. I’m in a new job that I love, I’m going from strength to strength. My whole outlook on life has changed and I owe it all to Esta and her flower essences.

I still try to visit Esta at least once a month for both Reiki and Flower Essence Therapy. I swear by Flower Essences in particular, I wouldn’t be without them.

Esta is a fantastic and wonderful person, not only does she put you at ease and make you feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed, she listens and genuinely cares about people. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else!
