How It Works

I work with my shamanic drum (Surina) to firstly cleanse you of any unwanted energies, by drumming and using a rattle around you to clear the space. I then guide you into a Shamanic journey, where you can explore your healing journey in a safe and beautiful place. All is fully explained beforehand, each journey is individual and you experience whatever you need at that time.

I had never done a shamanic journey or worked with drums before, so as always before doing anything new, in the midst of the excitement, there is also a twinge of anxiety. What will I have to do, what’s going to happen? But Esta immediately put me at ease with her big understanding smile and lovingly prepared me for the journey I was about to take. What an amazing experience with the drums; with every drum beat I could feel myself going deeper and deeper within myself. I received three beautiful messages and symbols from nature and encountered a beautiful doe running up to me and nudging my hand to caress her head. Magic! I felt so connected to myself and nature and felt such a deep sense of peace within me and surrounding me during, and after this experience. Esta is an amazing, natural guide; shining her light around you. It was an absolute delight to work with her and I would whole heartedly recommend you follow this journey with her!
