How It Works

Using my shamanic drum and rattle, I begin by clearing and cleansing your energy field, releasing any stagnant or unwanted energies from your space. I then gently guide you into a Shamanic journey — a deeply personal and intuitive experience, held in a safe and sacred space. Every journey is unique to you. Before we begin, everything is fully explained so you feel completely at ease, and whatever unfolds is exactly what you need in that moment. Drum Healing sessions are available in person in Solihull and Birmingham, or online.

I was drawn to Shamanic Healing some years ago and have completed Shamanic Counselling with an incredible Shamanic Healer, who I continue to work with now as a student. It has had a wonderful effect on my life and I now journey for answers and to connect with the spirit realm of non-ordinary reality when I feel I need to. Drum journeying has the power to take us deeper onto the healing path and to discover what it is we need to help us to heal and move forwards with joy.

I had never done a shamanic journey or worked with drums before, so as always before doing anything new, in the midst of the excitement, there is also a twinge of anxiety. What will I have to do, what’s going to happen? But Esta immediately put me at ease with her big understanding smile and lovingly prepared me for the journey I was about to take. What an amazing experience with the drums; with every drum beat I could feel myself going deeper and deeper within myself. I received three beautiful messages and symbols from nature and encountered a beautiful doe running up to me and nudging my hand to caress her head. Magic! I felt so connected to myself and nature and felt such a deep sense of peace within me and surrounding me during, and after this experience. Esta is an amazing, natural guide; shining her light around you. It was an absolute delight to work with her and I would whole heartedly recommend you follow this journey with her!
